CAREGIVER SUPPORT
Our Adult Day Services program offers great benefits to family members who live with or care for people with chronic conditions, Alzheimer's Disease or other dementias. Caring for someone is a difficult task that can be extremely overwhelming for the caregiver. Through Adult Day Services, respite, caregiver support groups, counseling, and educational programs can provide the families with the support they need to continue to care for a loved one in their home or in the community.
