Adult Day Services Volunteer |
Volunteers are an essential part of the interdisciplinary team and support staff working with our participants in small groups and one-one-one. Our Adult Day Services Volunteers participate in activities along with Adult Day
participants by:
- Assisting staff with activities
- Helping out with snack and meal time
- Providing companionship
- Listening
- Socializing
- Assisting with therapeutic programs
We have specific opportunities in the following areas in our Adult Day Programs:
- Front Desk Greeter
- Dementia Care Program Volunteer
- Welcome Volunteer
- Horticultural Therapy Volunteer
- Lunch Help Volunteer
- Canine Assisted Therapy Volunteer
- Activities Assistant
- Therapy Aide Volunteer
- Mind Boosters Program Volunteer
