Mind Boosters is a social program with activities for maintaining and enhancing brain health - geared to individuals who have been diagnosed with early signs of memory loss or in the early stages of dementia. It is a four-pronged program, aimed at all aspects of our well-being and health that effect brain health - social, physical, mental and physiological.

Our Philosophy |
A person is a vital and valuable member of the community in all stages of health. Our role is to preserve and improve the quality of life of our participants for as long as possible.
To that end, Mind Boosters offers:
- Opportunities for increased socialization
- Tools for compensatory assistance with daily living when memory is compromised
- Memory enhancement activities and techniques
- Strategies and activities for increased mental stimulation
- Physical activity and exercise
- Time in an outdoor environment to increase circulation and oxygen flow
- Support and encouragement from peers
And last but not least:
A monthly support group and pot luck for family members and participants to come together for sustenance and support.
